Pittsburgh Glass Works (PGW) has filed documents with the Western District Court of Pennsylvania to take a second look at the plaintiffs’ conditional certification. In early May, the court granted class certification to former employees of PGW in a discrimination suit filed against the company.

The U.S. District Court of Western Pennsylvania has granted class certification to the former employees in a discrimination suit filed against Pittsburgh Glass Works (PGW). In addition, the court denied PGW’s motion for summary judgment.

The Mini Connected system brings Web-connected services and Pandora to the 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe John Cooper Works’ dashboard via iPhone. The Coupe features a severely raked windshield that transitions into a low roof that ends with an integrated spoiler. The roof spoiler catches air passing over the roof and redirects it over the sloping windshield and onto the short rear deck that hides yet a second spoiler.

Pittsburgh Glass Works (PGW) has filed a response brief in opposition to the company’s former employees’ motion to compel. The former employees, who are alleging age discrimination against the company, filed a motion that PGW release documents relating to the company’s reduction-in-force in October of 2011.
