Safelite Adding 300 Jobs as Part of Expansion

Going against a tide of rising unemployment, Safelite AutoGlass is adding 300 jobs with the completion of a call center at its headquarters on the Northwest Side, the company said yesterday. “This is an indication we’re doing well,” said Tom Feeney, president and chief executive. “We will invest more money in the infrastructure of our company in 2009 than we have in any year in the history of our company.”
