Guardian to Cease Operations of Auto and Truck Glass Inc.

Guardian Automotive announced today that it is ceasing operations of Auto and Truck Glass Inc. (ATG), which provides auto glass replacement and repair services primarily to rental fleets and auctions, effective May 31. Guardian’s principal automotive operations (original equipment automotive glass, aftermarket, and retail replacement businesses) are not affected, according to a company statement.
